On March 19, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington denied Northwest Multiple Listing Service’s (“NWMLS”) motion to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit brought by Compass, Inc. and Compass Washington, LLC, finding that Compass had plausibly alleged anticompetitive harm stemming from NWMLS's rules requiring member brokerages to list all properties on its platform before marketing them elsewhere.
